Refund & Returns Policy

On Finality, Fortunes, and Fractured Parcels

Dearest Reader,

I am no stranger to indulgence, yet I conduct my affairs with deliberation and care. For this reason, I must state plainly that I do not accept returns. All purchases made under this roof are deemed final, save for those rare and most regrettable occasions in which an item arrives already injured by its passage.

In such a case alone may restitution be considered.

Of Final Sales

Once an item has departed my keeping, it may not be recalled for reasons of preference, reconsideration, or the sudden cooling of ardor. No exchange shall be offered, nor shall refunds be granted, except under the single circumstance outlined below.

This rule applies without exception to physical goods, digital or downloadable items, gifted purchases, and commissioned works alike.

Of Damage Upon Delivery

Should your purchase arrive bearing wounds not of its own making, you must write to me within seven (7) days of delivery at correspondence@ladysimmertown.com , accompanied by suitable evidence. I require clear photographic proof of the damage, proof of purchase, and, where applicable, images of the original packaging.

Claims presented beyond this window, or lacking sufficient documentation, cannot be entertained.

If the damage is verified, I shall, at my discretion, issue either a refund or a replacement, depending upon the nature of the item and its continued availability.

Of Refunds Granted

Approved refunds shall be returned to the original method of payment in due course. The pace of this process is governed not by my hand but by the institutions through which the payment was made. Shipping costs, having already performed their duty, are not refundable.

Of Matters Not Eligible for Redress

I do not provide refunds for items damaged after delivery, altered or used in any fashion, digital works once delivered, or commissioned pieces once their creation has begun.

Of Conveyance and Carriage

I cannot be held responsible for the misadventures of parcels once they have entered the care of postal carriers, nor for delays, losses, or errors arising from incorrect delivery information provided at the time of purchase.

A Closing Word

If you believe your item arrived damaged, or if you require clarification on these terms, you may contact me at correspondence@ladysimmertown.com within the time allotted. I trust this policy will be received in the spirit of fairness and order in which it is written.

With sincerity,

Lady Simmertown
